Education Requirements to obtain a Real Estate Salespersons License in GA.

– Possess a High School Diploma or its equivalent

– 18 years of age

– Be a Georgia Resident (exceptions do apply)

– Successfully complete a 75 hour pre-license course

– Take and pass the GA Salesperson Pre-license Exam

– Pay required licensing fees

– Be of good moral character

Education Requirements to obtain a Real Estate Brokers License in GA.

– Possess a High School Diploma or its equivalent

– 21 years of age

– Be a Georgia Resident (exceptions do apply)

– Successfully complete a 60 hour pre-license course

– Take and pass the GA Brokers Exam

– Be active as a sales person for at least 3 out of the last 5 years

– Pay required licensing fees

– Be of good moral character
