About Dean Estridge

Dean has been active in sales and listing of real estate for over 15 years.  He holds an Associate Brokers License, holds the designations of Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) and is a designated ePro.  He is currently market manager and Managing Broker of a large, multi office brokerage within the Savannah area.  He oversees 700 real estate transactions a year.

Real Estate Education

Dean has been both a coach and mentor of real estate agents for many years, and obtained his Real Estate Pre-License Instructor certification in 2017.  Dean specializes in Real Estate Salesperson Pre-License class.  Dean focuses on guiding others to reach their goals and developing tangible priorities. He promotes the concept of extreme ownership – a style of business that focuses on individual success through commitment, engagement, and integrity.

Prior to Real Estate

Dean had a thriving management career in the telecommunications field, where he developed some of the most successful sales teams in the country. He is a Marine Corps veteran and Savannah native.

Personal Life

Dean is married to his wife Chris.  They have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
